GETTING STARTED-

I just got my new ND2NO DASHBOARD... NOW WHAT???

First things first, check all of your links and info and make sure that everything is correct. Next, go to your APP store on your mobile device and download the ND2NO mobile app. With the download complete, open the app and tap on the LOGIN button. It will ask you to enter email address and password. You will enter the email and password that you used to set up your card. Once you're logged in, it will automatically load your card. The ND2NO mobile app allows you to easily EDIT and SHARE your card as well as STORE and ORGANIZE cards that you receive from other ND2NO DASHBOARD users.

Now that you have your ND2NO DASHBOARD you can throw all your old paper business cards away because you will never need them again. There are many ways to share your card. The easiest way is from within the ND2NO Mobile APP. When you are on your dashboard simply tap the share bar below the image of your card and it will pull up your phone's native sharing options such as text message, email, and all your social media options. You can also share your card from your computer using email or social media. At the bottom of every ND2NO DASHBOARD there is a "share bar" simply click on whatever social media icon you would like to share to. It's that easy. You can also take advantage of our SHORTCODE feature or QR CODE. The login for both the mobile app and your admin panel on the website are the same. It will be the email address and password you used to sign up for your card. Once logged in to the admin panel you can EDIT your card as often as you would like. You can activate and update your ticker as well as update or add as many icon links as you would like. There are many other options and features available within the admin panel. You can can track how many times your card is viewed and add more cards, as well as update your profile and much more. From the admin panel you can organize and catalog any and all other ND2NO DASHBOARDS that have been shared with you as well. One of the many great things about this platform is that every change you make on your admin panel will be immediately reflected on the app. Also every change you make will automatically update your ND2NO DASHBOARDS everywhere you have ever shared it. So if you've had to change your phone number or email... no problem, everyone who has the card will get the update and even be notified that a change has been made.

FAQs

Q #1 : HOW MANY ICONS CAN I HAVE ON MY CARD?

As many as you would like, there is no limit to what you can link to with your card. If it exists in digital format it can be linked, so be creative.

Q #2 : HOW DO I LINK A DOCUMENT THAT IS NOT ONLINE SUCH AS A PDF OR POWERPOINT?

EASY!! just send us an email to nd2nonetwork@gmail.com with the file attached and an idea for the icon you would like it to link to and we will host it for you and then link to it. It's only $10.00 for both the link and the icon and there are no additional hosting fees.

Q #3 : WHAT IS THE NUMBER ON THE TOP OF MY CARD AND CAN I CHANGE IT?

That is your User ID (UID) and it is unique to every card. You can edit the title to say whatever you would like but the UID will always be the same for you even though it will be hidden.

Q #4 : WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR CUSTOM CARDS?

We ask that you allow 3 business days for a custom graphic to be created for you but often we get them out much faster. Occasionally it can take longer and if that is the case we will notify you via email.

Q #5 : CAN I HAVE CUSTOM ICON CREATED AND HOW MUCH DO THEY COST?

YES, if we create a custom card for a client there is no extra charge for creating extra icons, however if you built your own card we would be happy to design custom icons for you at the rate of $5.00 each.

Q #6 : WILL MY CARD WORK ON ALL DEVICES?

YES, ND2NO Dashboards work across all platforms and browsers.

Q #7 : CAN I HAVE MORE THAN 1 CARD?

Yes absolutely, in fact we encourage it and many users have several cards.

Q #8 : WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR MY CARD?

Upon Registration you will be charged the initial set up fee and the first month, then you will be charged the monthly hosting fee on that same day every month.

Q #9 : WILL MY ND2NO DASHBOARD WORK INTERNATIONALLY?

YES, your card will work anywhere there is either internet or cell signal.
